Job Description

Bethlehem Academy, a grade 6-12 Dominican Catholic high school, is seeking candidates for the Head of School position.

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic leader to oversee the commitment to the mission, comprehensive administration, strategic planning, growth, and successful operation of Bethlehem Academy.

Located in Faribault, Minnesota (approximately 35 miles south of the Twin Cities metropolitan area), Bethlehem Academy educates 225 students in grades 6-12 in a strong college preparatory and general education curriculum. Founded in 1865 by the Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa, and now sponsored by Dominican Veritas Ministries, the school offers a rich history filled with tradition and strong community support.

• Personal statement on the philosophy of Catholic school leadership (up to 500 words).

• Letter from Pastor with a statement of good standing in the church.
• List of five references, including one supervisor, with names, relationships, phone numbers, and email addresses. No references will be contacted without your knowledge and approval.
