Position Overview
The Medical Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care by supporting clinical operations and fostering a warm, faith-centered atmosphere. This role requires a strong commitment to our values, clinical expertise, and a passion for holistic women's health.

Key Responsibilities
-Clinical Support: Prepare patients for exams, take vital signs, and assist the provider during procedures.
-Phlebotomy and IV Administration: Perform blood draws and start IVs with precision and professionalism.
-Patient Education: Provide patients with clear instructions and education on procedures, treatments, and wellness practices.
-Administrative Duties: Update patient records, manage medical inventory, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
-Mission Alignment: Uphold Vera Health and Fertility's Christian values and life-affirming philosophy in all interactions and duties.
-Sanitation and Organization: Maintain a clean and well-organized clinical environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
-Strong alignment with Vera Health and Fertility's Christian values and life-affirming mission.
-Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent credentials.
-Proficiency in phlebotomy and IV placement (required).
-A genuine passion for women's health and holistic care.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
-Prior experience in a women's health setting is a plus.
