What will you be doing in your role?
-You lead, manage, and are accountable for the functions performed by your team to support the overall mission of the agency.
-You lead with an understanding of the agency's Big Picture and your department's role in that vision.
-You develop, monitor, and evaluate all department work plans, outputs, and outcomes to ensure goals are met.
-You monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure compliance with all expectations and standards of practice.
-You provide training, supervision, mentoring, and coaching to develop department staff and leadership.
-You monitor department expenditures to ensure accountability and operation within established budget.
-You lead team's identification and development of resources (volunteer, donor, financial) necessary to ensure successful department performance, including the preparation of proposals.
-You represent agency leadership with community partners and civic leaders.
-You cultivate positive relationships with relevant funding and monitoring entities, faith-based organizations, social service providers, and other community partners.
-You complete or audit all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with funder requirements, licensing requirements and agency quality assurance standards.
-You develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.
-You ensure effective communication with department, peers and agency leadership.
-You assure services are delivered in accordance with agency culture, mission, vision and values.

Are you the next Director of Client Services?
-Master's Degree in social work or related field preferred or a combination of education and work-related experience.
-3 to 5 years' experience managing a diverse social service team.
