Job Description

7th AND 8th GRADE MATH TEACHER
HOLY REDEEMER CATHOLIC SCHOOL

Holy Redeemer Catholic School in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a full-time 7th and 8th grade math teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. Holy Redeemer serves students in grades K-8. Applicants should possess certification in teaching math at the 7th-12th grade level, due to one of the classes being algebra in 8th grade. Applicants should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in education. Experience preferred but not required. • Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Be knowledgeable of and support school's mission and philosophy.
• Demonstrate expertise in area of teaching.
• Maintain student achievement records.
• Conduct parent conferences as scheduled and/or requested.
• Attends meetings as scheduled.
• Maintain classroom in such a way that is conducive to learning.
• Maintain open communication with parents as defined in local handbook.
• Demonstrate care in lesson planning-execution.
