Job Description

The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic able to engage students in the Catholic faith and love of Jesus Christ. Candidates will demonstrate a desire to promote character, virtue and help students grow in holiness. The candidate will enthusiastically provide engaging, empowering instruction to students in a private school, face-to-face environment teaching and supporting the educational goals and objectives of Ave Maria Catholic School and the mission of the Catholic Church. Candidates must communicate effectively with students, parents, peer educators, and administrators.

Requirements for this role:
Candidates must be Lead Teacher Certified and must have a teaching license or ELC certificate that is valid in Colorado or be willing to obtain Colorado teaching licensure (PDIS level 3). Candidates must pass a background check and complete VIRTUS training.
