Job Description

Partnerships Manager
Oversees all fundraising efforts with organizations, parishes, and groups. This role has a direct impact on saving the lives of babies and strengthening families by meeting or exceeding fundraising revenue goals. These fundraising goals are achieved by creating and executing plans to engage:
• local parishes as well as individual parishioners
• faith-based, pro-life groups and service clubs such as the Knights of Columbus, student organizations on college campuses that align with the pro-life movement
Major Goals:
1. Consistently meet or exceed fundraising revenue goals
2. Retain relationship and commitment with existing parishes, service clubs, and community organizations to schedule Baby Bottle Drives year after year
3. Grow total dollars raises year over year by increasing key accelerators into key parishes
4. Increase number of parishes participating in Baby Bottle Drives year over year
5. Schedule and assign tour leaders to conduct Women's Center tours to increase donations
• Lead fundraising efforts within parishes, service clubs (i.e.: Knights of Columbus), and community organizations
o Build relationships to renew and grow Baby Bottle Drive fundraising program
o Execute upon plan to effectively reach fundraising goals
o Deliver fundraising speeches and presentations to solicit parish, service club, and/or community organization participation
o Build an on-going partnership to continue to evolve the relationship and opportunities within Legacy of Life Foundation
o Directly oversee the execution of 50-60% of Baby Bottle Drive fundraisers scheduled
o Provide oversight and leadership to Partnerships Coordinator who will directly oversee the remaining 40-50% of Baby Bottle Drive fundraisers

Working Conditions:
• General working hours are Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm with limited absences/tardiness. Additional hours (nights and weekends) as required to complete objectives. Attend occasional webinars and training
• Ability to work a flexible work location schedule based on donor meetings (i.e.: parishes) and center visits/tours and staff meetings
• Ability to travel within five counties of Southeastern Pennsylvania
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation with insurance coverage
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Knowledge and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 3+ years proven success in non-profit fundraising experience. Faith-based fundraising a plus
• Proven experience in program management, donor relations, major gift fundraising, or related roles with a track record of successful fundraising
• Experience with Mainstream donor database (CRM), such as Bloomerang, a plus
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Exceptional public speaking skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint
