Job Description
Sacred Heart Mercy Health Care Center is a small internal medicine practice in Alma, Michigan. We are currently looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist to start mid-June. The ideal candidate will have a positive, customer service friendly attitude, is compassionate and able to multi-task.Tasks involve answering phones, handling referrals, checking patients in and out, including taking patient payments, reviewing and preparing needed paperwork, opening and closing the office, sorting the mail and other duties as necessary.
Previous Medical Receptionist and referral experience preferred, experience with Athena and/or Phreesia a plus.
The position is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Pay starts at $15.50 per hour.
