Job Description
Sacred Heart Mercy Health Care Center is a small primary care practice in Alma, Michigan. We are currently looking for 2 full-time Medical Assistants to begin mid-June. The ideal candidates will have a positive, compassionate attitude, and are able to multi-task.Tasks involve rooming patients, taking vitals, updating medical information, cleaning and sanitizing treatment rooms and Clinic, performing ekgs, assisting with ultrasounds, administering lab draws and vaccines, triage phone calls, abstract new patients and other tasks as necessary.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Current Medical Assistant certification is required, previous experience in endocrinology preferred with Athena and/or Phreesia experience a plus.
The position is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Pay starts at $15.50 per hour.
