Job Description

CREATIVE SERVICES COORDINATOR
Full-time, onsite in Irondale (Birmingham), AL. Not remote-eligible.

HOW YOU WILL IMPACT THE BIG PICTURE:
In this role you will coordinate with the Creative Services Project Manager to maintain schedules and assets for the Creative Services Department and aids in the overall workflow process for effectiveness and efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Coordinate all invoices for submission to accounting.
• Coordinate and track all assets for Creative Services Print, On-Air video design and On-Air Promotion.
• Track Corporate requests and usage for Business Cards, labels, letterhead and envelopes.
• Archiving and organization of the following: EWTN digital and slide photography library, project assets for Creative Directors and designers.
• Communicate with out of house printers, requesting quotes as necessary.
• Track Creative Services equipment usage.
• Maintain organization and coordination of the following: EWTN printed material samples, common Creative Services work areas and storage.
• Conduct ongoing basic promotions scheduling and tracking with traffic.
• Perform Photoshop and Illustrator work as needed.
• Coordinate set up of Interstitial and On-Air Promo Productions as well as Interdepartmental Projects for multi-media campaigns.

ABOUT YOU:
• You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, and In Design.
• You have a strong working knowledge of computer software, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• You possess excellent verbal and written communications skills and interact well in a team environment.
• You have highly organized work habits with great attention to detail, and follow-through.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, flexible & adaptable to changes, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Marketing or have equivalent training & experience.
• You demonstrate an understanding of the Catholic Faith and EWTN's mission.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous working knowledge of Premier Pro and After Effects highly desirable.
