Job Description

Provides clerical, secretarial and administrative support to the Director of Faith Formation as well as other departments within Catechetical Formation Office as needed. Contributes to the vision and mission planning of the office. Interfaces on a regular basis with other Diocesan Department Heads as well as outside agencies when sponsoring and/or co-sponsoring events.

1. Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Catholic Church
2. High school graduate or equivalent.
3. Prior experience in an administrative position.
4. Strong verbal, computer, and interpersonal skills; proficient
in Microsoft Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Publisher, Access,
SharePoint), Papersave, and web site maintenance.
5. Ability to read, write and speak English well, Spanish a plus.
6. Time management skills for a multi-task environment;
humor, grace, joy and assertiveness.
7. Ability to use general office equipment, computer, copiers,
email, etc.
8. Knowledge and understanding of Catholic teachings, practices,
and organizational structure.
