Job Description
SEPTEMBER POSITION - Social Studies Teacher: Global Studies 9 and 10, AP European History, possible grade 12 elective. Two - five years teaching experience on the secondary level in Social Studies required. Masters Degree in Social Studies preferred. Preference given to candidates with NYS Teaching Certification. Previous experience teaching an Advanced Placement history course necessary. The candidate must be able to utilize educational technology (Google Classroom) and incorporate this technology into classroom delivery, assignments and planning."Salary range conforms with the provisions in the collective bargaining agreement, based on degree and years of experience; salaries range from $55,072 - $76,907."
