Parish Director of Discipleship for Youth and Young Adults

Job Description

Our Lady Star of the Sea Parish in Bremerton, WA is seeking a Director of Discipleship for Youth and Young Adults. The position is to support the mission and vision of Our Lady Star of the Sea parish through the development direction and supervision of all youth and young adult programs.

The director will also oversee the development and implementation of the discipleship programs by providing guidance & support to the missionary interns and parish volunteers who coordinate and serve as leaders/mentors to the teens.

Programs include Teen Confirmation Preparation, Middle School group, High School group, Fidelis & Fraternus mentorship programs and Discipleship Groups.

Part-time and full-time configurations of this position are available.
