Job Description

Are you passionate about walking alongside women in crisis pregnancies and creating a safe, loving, faith-centered home environment? We are seeking a caring, committed woman to live in community with the moms we serve, offering daily encouragement, practical support, and spiritual mentorship. This role is perfect for someone who feels called to serve, build meaningful relationships, and make a lasting impact in the lives of mothers and babies. Housing is provided along with a monthly stipend. If you have a heart for ministry, community living, and helping women flourish, we'd love to talk with you!

The House Manager oversees the daily operations in the home, supervises the missionaries, maintains the house budget, and serves in an administrative capacity.

Schedule -
Five days a week
This is a live-in position with a flexible schedule.
Some evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications -
Excellence in organizational, supervisory and communications skills.
Experience working with people from diverse, racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
Alignment with Annie's Home core values and sanctity of human life.
Valid driver's license with good driving record and proof of insurance.
Must be 21 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications -
BA in related field
At least one year of service experience.
Understanding of community living, cultural competencies, and the intersectional nature of homelessness, poverty, ACEs, and trauma informed care.
Experience with and or exposure to infants.
