4th Grade Teacher

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive instruction rooted in Catholic values, nurturing students' intellectual, moral, physical, and spiritual growth.
• Embrace a collaborative teaching approach, working closely with colleagues to create a holistic learning experience.
• Cultivate a love for learning that encourages critical thinking and creativity, while integrating a liberal arts perspective into the curriculum.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback and suggestions to promote growth and learning.
• Uphold the principles of classical education, with a focus on developing students' moral imagination and understanding of the Catholic worldview.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and best practices in Catholic, classical education
Qualifications:
• Actively practicing Catholic with a strong desire to share the faith with students.
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with classical education principles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Passion for teaching and nurturing the whole child -intellectually, morally, physically, and spiritually.
