Details:
Salaried position, starts $45K/annual (Competitive salary, with benefits commensurate with experience). 2+ years experience; must know the Catholic Faith; flexible office hours. This position requires evening and weekend hours that vary based on the weekly schedule of events.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Qualities:
Coordinator of Youth Ministry should possess the following:
• A Catholic in good standing who is an active member of a Catholic parish community.
• Ability to design and implement a variety of activities for youth of middle school and high school age.
• Thoughtful insight into the psyche of middle school and high school-aged youth, as well as the desire to be knowledgeable about what is current in trends, issues, and culture surrounding youth and teens today without sacrificing or watering down the message of Jesus Christ and the Faith Catholic Church.
• Successful completion of diocesan safe environment process (VIRTUS)
• Skills in communicating with and relating to parish youth and parents
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
