The Director will be an important representative of the university and close collaborator with the Office of Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese of Seattle, both with those in the central office as well as with principals, teachers and other leaders in the full range of OCS schools including but not limited to those schools where CSTC participants will be placed.

The Director will have significant experience as an educator, ideally in the context of Catholic schools, a capacity to mentor, inspire and provide spiritual and professional formation to young adults, and possess an in-depth knowledge, lived experience and understanding of the Catholic faith and ideally have experience with and draw inspiration from Ignatian Spirituality.
